The value for money is excellent, especially considering the breakfast included in the price. The staff are welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

It was just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, making it ideal for exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering free drinks upon arrival. The hotel also provided free ramen every night, which was a tasty and satisfying treat. Additionally, the onsen facilities were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The attention to detail, such as providing Dormy Inn pyjamas and slippers, made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the shopping district and within walking distance of major stations. Good value for money and a great location. The hotel is strategically located near major shopping centers, so it's perfect for a romantic escape. the room is big enough for a couple with plenty of luxury amenities.

The bed wasn't comfortable enough to guarantee a good night's sleep, and the walls were not soundproof. The noise from other rooms and corridors was a bit annoying, particularly late at night.

The hot springs were a nice addition to my Thanksgiving stay. the convenience of the on-site supermarket was also quite helpful. the hotel was located in a bustling area with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
